Report It

It can be confusing knowing who to tell when there is a problem. The first step should be reporting it to the Council. You will get a reference for your report, please keep hold of this until it is fixed.

If the problem is not fixed within a reasonable timeframe, then you can report this to your Councillor who will be able to take this further for you. When reporting it to your Councillor please provide them with the initial reference as this will help hugely.
